Phyllis Ann Reynolds
Phyllis Ann Reynolds, beloved daughter of the late Colonel Reed and Sally Carry Austin, was born February 11,1935 in Red Bank NJ. She entered into rest Thursday, December 3, 2020 at home in Willingboro, NJ. Phyllis graduated from Red Bank High School in 1953. She attended Burlington County College in Pemberton, NJ. Phyllis was employed with NJ Bell Telephone Company in 1955 and retired after 54 years.
Phyllis accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Burlington, NJ where she served in the church soup kitchen and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church Ushers’ Board.
Phyllis was united in holy matrimony to the late Powell M Reynolds in 1955 and from this union three loving sons were born. Phyllis and Powell resided in Red Bank, NJ from 1957 to 1967 and moved to Edgewater Park, NJ. Phyllis was a very caring, pleasant, loving to her husband, children, family and friends. She was happiest during the holidays, special occasions and summer cookouts. Phyllis will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Powell M. Reynolds, son, Michael and grandson, Cary.
Phyllis leaves to cherish her memory, two loving sons: Powell H; of Willingboro ; Keith A. of Mt Laurel, daughter-in-laws Lori; and Kathy, grandchildren, Powell M and Raechel M, Ashley, husband in-law, Jimmy Parker; Keith Jr, Eddie; Benjamin, Kylie, Ava. Two sisters, Ida G; Sally G and great grandson ,great granddaughter nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
A walk through viewing will be held, Wednesday, December 9, 2020 10am until 11am at the TL Hutton Family & Friends Funeral Services, 869 Beverly Road, Burlington, NJ. Masks must be worn.
